William Haseltine

Professor William Haseltine is a scientist, businessman, author, and philanthropist. He was a professor at Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Public Health from 1976-1993, where he was Founder and Chair of two academic research departments, the Division of Biochemical Pharmacology and the Division of Human Retro-vi-rol-o-gy. He is well known for his pioneering work on cancer, HIV/AIDS, and ge-know-mics. He has authored more than 200 manuscripts in peer reviewed journals. Professor Haseltine is currently Chair and President of ACCESS Health International, Incorporated. Professor Haseltine is also frequently seen on CNN for his expertise and writes for both CNN and Scientific American.
