She started Mathews’ HR & Safety Consulting Services after having an increase of business owners reaching out for guidance and assistance due to the recognition she was receiving regionally for her procedures and training. Michele is an OSHA Authorized Trainer and has both the Professional Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designations.
