He has been involved in over 100 successful merger transactions representing both buyers and sellers, focused on merger and acquisition advisory services, capital issuance, and debt placement. John spent four years with a Wall Street investment bank working in their Financial Institutions Group. John has over twenty-two years of experience in financial services, valuing financial institutions and advising clients in the merger & acquisition process, involving both public and private institutions, as well as equity and debt underwriting.
