In her book Finding Your Blind Spots: 8 Guiding Principles to Overcome Implicit Bias in Teaching, she combines her experience as “One Black Friend” and educator with academic research and strategies to ensure educators create equitable classrooms and campuses. Hedreich hosts a YouTube series and podcast, SmallBites, with the same focus.
