Dawn Hart
Putting the Hart in Human Resources and Training for over 25 years, Dawn Hart has a passion for people and a passion for helping people see and develop their potential. She currently works for the Museum of the Bible as the People Department Manager. It all started with a Marketing degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Dawn has worked in numerous industries from running her own HR consulting company to the challenging worlds of retail and finance to call centers, manufacturing and Information Technology. She has built 4 HR and Training departments from the ground up and prides herself on creating coaching cultures in various organizations. She has a drive to help managers understand and connect to their employees.
