Training Overview

Learn how new pregnancy and nursing laws affect your organization.

On December 29, 2022, two new laws took effect, expanding the rights of pregnant and breastfeeding employees:

  • The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act
  • The Providing Urgent Maternal Protections for Nursing Mothers (PUMP) Act

These regulations impose new mandates and will require additional efforts from employers. With a heightened emphasis from regulatory agencies and higher expectations of employees, you must ensure your organization is providing pregnant and nursing employees with the protections and rights to which they are entitled.
