Now in its third decade, the firm focuses on the myriad laws that control everything nonprofits do. Arthur has been working with nonprofits for 30 years, the last 21 full time, and is an expert witness on matters involving nonprofit director fiduciary duty. During that time, he’s formed and obtained exemption for about 1,000 nonprofits. A graduate of the UCLA School of Law, Arthur also holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
