Purchase Order Policy:
Purchase orders may be accepted at our sole discretion and are subject to prior written or email approval.

Our webinars are designed to be accurate and authoritative, but we do not provide legal, accounting, or similar professional services. Customer remains solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards. If legal, accounting, or other expert advice is desired, customer should retain the services of an appropriate professional.
Photocopying, distributing or using copyrighted materials electronically without the copyright owner’s express written consent is strictly prohibited. Consent is granted for the use of purchasers of webinars and then solely for the use of registered attendees of the webinars. No right or license is given to reproduce the materials in any form or format or to place the materials in any format on any website or blog or to otherwise republish it in any manner without the express written permission of the copyright holder.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall NonprofitWebAdvisor or DKG Media, LP be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of the delivery of any goods and services or the use of any deliverable, even if it has been apprised of the possibility of such damages. Purchaser and user specifically agree that any liability on the part of NonprofitWebAdvisor or DKG Media, LP arising from breach of warranty, breach of contract, indemnity obligation, any form of negligence, strict liability in tort, or any other legal theory shall not exceed the purchase price of the individual webinar, audio conference, CD or other deliverable purchased.
Phone Conference Registration Policy:
If, for any reason, you feel that you cannot meet the minimum system requirements to participate in the web portion of a conference or wish to participate via telephone only, you may register for the phone-in portion only. All registered attendees will automatically receive an email, a day or two before the conference date, with a link to download the presentation materials.
