Katya is an experienced CFO, having worked in numerous industries, specializing in Finance Transformations. During normal times, she is a consultant and speaker on how to scale business systems and processes. Katya has served as an Advisor, Treasurer and Board Member for multiple charities over numerous years. She brings her knowledge of best practices in for profit companies to the complexities of nonprofits.

As a CFO Advisor, she is helping companies navigate through the uncertainty of the current crisis. She is helping businesses manage cashflow, helping them to quickly build accurate financial forecasts, and apply for loan packages, to ensure they have the cash-flow to survive and thrive once the COVID-19 crisis is over.
