Attorney, Equity Consultant, Speaker and Non-profit founder Kahlida consults with colleges, universities, organizations and businesses to help them move toward diversity, racial equity and inclusion. She is the founder of Mission Reconcile, a faith based racial reconciliation nonprofit and serves as a W.K. Kellogg Foundation Community Leadership Network Fellow. Kahlida holds a juris doctorate magna cum laude from North Carolina Central University School of Law and degree in Communications and Political Science cum laude from Florida State University. She believes that we can create a nonprofit workplace and workforce where all thrive and communities are served.
