Training Overview

Deadlines Looming: Affordable Care Act Reporting Forms. Learn the steps to comply and avoid IRS penalties.

The IRS will no longer provide relief for good-faith efforts to employers who fail to file required Affordable Care Act (ACA) forms accurately and on time (Notice 2020-76). If you miss deadlines this year, your organization will be liable for penalties. You must act quickly.

Applicable large employers (ALEs) must submit forms to the IRS and employees regarding coverage offered. For any employee who chooses Marketplace coverage, the IRS needs information on the employer’s offer of coverage to determine eligibility for an ACA tax credit towards premiums.
