Glenn Kaufhold has been a successful nonprofit leader for 30 years, bringing to his work a unique blend of experiences in development, communications, marketing, administration, and organizational governance. He created GKollaborative in 2010 to provide strategic advising to small-and-mid-size organizations in a variety sectors within the nonprofit community. Glenn has served in senior leadership positions at Miami Dade College, City University of New York School of Law, Miami Jewish Health, Florida International University, Boston University, and Fenway Health. Throughout his career, Glenn has been involved in the start-up of for a number of new initiatives, including the Sorensen Center for International Peace and Justice (CUNY School of Law); the Court Square Law Project (a partnership between the CUNY School of Law and the New York City Bar Association), and the Miami Culinary Institute at Miami Dade College. His very first start-up venture was the successful Special Athletes/Special Smiles oral health initiative, created in partnership with Boston University and Special Olympics International. In addition to teaching and advising, Glenn is co-chair and chief curator of Philanthropy Miami, the convening organization for the nonprofit sector in Miami. He holds a BA in English from Montclair State University.
